There are currently NO classes being offered at this time.
WHO ARE OUR CLASSES GEARED TOWARDS?
The majority of our classes are geared toward adults (18 and over). Occasionally, we will offer classes for children, accompanied by an adult.
WHERE ARE THE CLASSES HELD?
All classes are held in our held in our recently renovated home kitchen, located at 219 Lake Street, Mount Horeb, WI. Our home backs up to a beautiful wooded lot that connects to Stewart Park.
HOW DO I RESERVE MY SPACE FOR AN UPCOMING CLASS?
To reserve your space, please call Pam at (608) 516-4800 to sign up. Since we do not have an on-line reservation system, payment must be made by check. If your check is not received five (5) business days before the day of the class, we will assume that you are no longer interested, and your spot will be given to the next person on the wait list.
Since our classes are very small (maximum 6 students) and personalized, there are NO refunds for any reason. Because Sole Passion Baker is a small operation, I cannot recoup the cost for lost time and ingredients prepared for classes.
WHO ARE THE CLASSES TAUGHT BY?
Classes are taught by me (Pam), Sole Passion Baker. I have been baking since I was 12 years old. The first thing I learned to bake, was my Aunt Elsie’s White Bread. From that moment, I was hooked! I enrolled at Madison College in 2011 and graduated in 2012 from the Baking & Pastry Arts program. After graduation, I completed a 3-month paid summer internship at King Arthur Flour, located in Norwich, Vermont. I have refined my skills in many baking establishments, both small and large scale, until I realized that I wanted to venture out on my own to share my love and passion with others, whether want to learn how to make a loaf of bread for the first time, or decorating your first cupcake! Let the journey begin!
